We are sorry that the item you wanted is no longer available.

Our collections are produced in limited quantities to avoid overproduction. In most cases, items are not reproduced. Our Essentials are available all year round and are restocked continuously.

It is still worth checking the shop from time to time, as your favourite item may become available again through customer returns.

You will find our size chart directly on every product page by clicking “Size chart” above the size selection on the right.

You can find more information about our sizing on our Size Guide page.

If you have any further questions about how items fit, please feel free to contact our team.

Please always follow the care instructions on the care labels of the garment. You will also find additional information on our material information and care tips pages.

Our team is also happy to help if you have any further questions.

After placing an order, you are also welcome to leave us a review via Reviews.

Once your order has been confirmed, we will send you an email with your order number and a summary of your order.

You can also find the details of your order under My account > Orders.

If you have not received the order confirmation within an hour, please also check your spam folder, as the email sometimes ends up there.

Otherwise, you are welcome to send us an email so that we can check the status of your order.

We do not offer this service. Please place your order via the online shop.

No, unfortunately this is not possible. Collection from our warehouse, our brand stores or our retail partners is not possible. Items ordered in the eve in paradise shop can only be delivered by post.

The availability of items in the eve in paradise shop is normally up to date. However, items of which only one piece is left and which are ordered by several customers at the same time may no longer be available. In this case, we will inform you as quickly as possible.

Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. To do so, please email our team at service@senatex.de. Your statutory 14 day right of withdrawal remains unaffected.

Changing the contents of your order
It is not possible to change the contents of an order. You can return the items after receiving them by registering the return in your customer account.

You can pay for your order by PayPal, credit card or Klarna invoice.

As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation. If your parcel is then not delivered within a maximum of 5 working days (within Germany), please contact our service team. We will then find out where your parcel is as quickly as possible. We also recommend contacting the shipping provider directly.

We currently deliver to addresses in Germany and to selected European countries. You will find more information on our shipping information page.

Shipping within Germany is free of charge.

Shipping costs to other countries differ from those within Germany. Here you will find an overview of the shipping costs for each country.

Yes, delivery to a post office or a Packstation is possible if you enter the corresponding delivery address.

If delivery is unsuccessful, a second delivery attempt is usually made on the following working day.

If the shipping provider does not find you at home again, your parcel will automatically be forwarded to the nearest Packstation. There you can collect your parcel for a limited period, as specified by the shipping provider. If you do not collect your parcel within this period, it will be returned to us.

As this return shipment takes a few days, please feel free to contact us in advance so that we can find a solution together.

Within Germany and Austria, we usually work with Deutsche Post / DHL. Shipments to Austria are occasionally delivered by GLS. In other European countries, FedEx is usually responsible for delivery.

There can be two reasons for this:

1. The item is no longer in stock in our main warehouse. In this case we split the delivery, so that part is shipped from the main warehouse and another part from one of our stores. The shipping costs remain the same for you, you do not pay for shipping twice.
2. If an item is no longer available, we will let you know and credit you with the corresponding amount if you have already paid for your order. If you have chosen invoice as your payment method, the invoice will of course be issued without the item that is out of stock.

Register your return in your customer account. You sign in there with your email address and a code that we send you by email, and select the items you would like to return. You will also find all steps on the Returns and Exchanges page.

Once we have reviewed your request, we will email you the return label.

We do our best to respond to your request as quickly as possible. As our team only works on working days, waiting times may be longer, especially at weekends and on public holidays. Thank you for your understanding.

Please note that we cannot accept items that have already been worn or washed. Trying items on as you would in a store is of course fine.

When returning, please make sure to send the item back in its original packaging and with all labels attached. This makes it easier for us to process your return and saves resources.

Your return will be processed as quickly as possible once it arrives. As delivery of the return depends on the shipping provider's volume, we cannot guarantee that the returned goods will reach us quickly. Once the return has arrived, a refund is usually issued on the same working day. The time from sending the return to receiving the refund is therefore around 3 to 10 working days.

Unfortunately, a direct exchange of a returned item is not possible. As soon as your returned item has arrived and been checked, the refund will be made via the payment method you chose when ordering. You can simply reorder the item you want.

We charge a flat fee of €4.90 per return, which is deducted from the purchase amount when the refund is made.

You can return your item to us without giving any reason within 14 days of receipt. You will find details in our cancellation policy.

We charge a flat fee of €4.90 for each return, which is deducted from your refund. You will receive the return label from us by email after registering your return in your customer account. For returns from Switzerland, you bear the return shipping costs yourself.

We do not send a confirmation of receipt by default. As soon as a refund is made, you will of course be informed. If you have any questions about the status of your return, please contact our team.

We offer our customers a free repair service. Ideally, please send us a photo of the damaged item by email to service@senatex.de in advance for an initial assessment. If a repair is possible, we will provide you with a return label. If the assessment shows that a repair is not possible, we will refund the item.

If you would prefer to exchange the item, you can return it and order it again, or contact our team to find a suitable solution.

Yes, this also makes processing your return easier and faster for us. However, if the items to be returned do not fit into one parcel, please split them across several parcels to protect the clothing.

Items from the online shop can only be returned online. The same applies to items you bought in one of our brand stores or partner boutiques: in these cases, you need to return the item to the store where you bought it. Unfortunately, this is necessary for accounting reasons.

To make a complaint about an item, please contact service@senatex.de. So that we can help you quickly, please briefly describe the problem in your request and attach photos of the damage, ideally together with the item number and/or order number. This allows us to identify the item faster and more easily.

You can return the item to the boutique where you bought it, together with the receipt. The conditions for returns may vary from store to store.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of items that were not bought directly from our online shop.

You can buy gift vouchers both in our online shop and in our brand stores. You can send the voucher directly by email to the recipient or download it as a PDF, print it at home and add the voucher code by hand.

You can find our vouchers here.

At the end of the checkout, when selecting your payment method, you can enter a discount or voucher code.

Many of our discounts are limited to one use per customer. If you have not used your discount yet and it still does not work, please contact us at service@senatex.de. We will solve the problem as quickly as possible.

We place great importance on using high quality materials, most of which are of natural origin.

We also pay close attention to compliance with ecological and social standards, animal welfare, fair working and production conditions, freedom from pollutants harmful to the environment and health, and material friendly production processes with little waste. For this reason we mainly use certified materials.

In detail, these are:

• Cotton
• Linen
• LENZING ECOVERO viscose
• Tencel
• Bamboo fibre
• Wool
• Alpaca wool
• Yak wool
• Silk

You can find more information about the individual materials here.

Social and ecological responsibility are at the heart of everything we do and are very close to our hearts. We achieve this through a consistent focus on natural fabrics and yarns and by designing long lasting fashion that brings joy for a long time thanks to its high quality and its fashionable, timeless style. As a slow fashion brand, we present new collections twice a year, and our items are produced in limited quantities to avoid overproduction.

Items from past collections are sold at lower prices in our Archive Sales or in our outlet in Hildesheim.

“Mulesing” is a practice widely used in Australia in which the skin folds around the tail and genital area of merino lambs are cut away. Mulesing is a cruel and painful mutilation of the animals, and we firmly reject it for animal welfare reasons.

Not all products of our brand are vegan. For our products made from animal fibres, however, animal welfare is very important to us. That is why we use, for example, wool from certified organic animal husbandry.

Our vegan fashion is PETA approved and marked with the corresponding seal in the online shop. Here you can find our vegan items.

Yes. Both our suppliers and production sites are visited regularly by our management and the employees responsible. This ensures that quality standards as well as social and environmental standards are met on site. We have also been working with the same suppliers for years. It is important to us to grow and improve together with our partners. We firmly reject price dumping through supplier hopping.

GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) is a worldwide standard for the production of textiles made from organically grown natural fibres. It defines ecological and social criteria that must be met throughout the entire production process. To receive the GOTS certificate, we as a company and our production sites must undergo independent audits every year.

Here you can find our GOTS certified items.

OCS (Organic Content Standard)

OCS 100 applies to products, with the exception of food, that contain 95 to 100 percent certified organic material. It makes it possible to record the content and quantity of certified organic material in a final product and to trace the raw material from its source to the final product.

The same applies to OCS Blended, except that it covers products containing between 5 and 94 percent certified organic material.

For the OCS certificate, too, we and our production sites must undergo an annual audit by an independent certification body.

Here you can find our OCS items.

To make vegan fashion easier to recognise, PETA has created a seal that animal friendly companies in the fashion industry can use to label their vegan products and highlight their commitment to animal welfare. Here you can find our vegan items.
