Returns
How can I return an item?
You can request your return here.
After submitting the form, we will send you a free return slip by email.
We will endeavor to respond to your return request as quickly as possible. Since this is not an automated process, we cannot guarantee an immediate response.
What do I need to consider when returning my item?
Please note that we cannot accept returns of previously worn items. This also applies to washed items.
When returning the item, please ensure that you return it to us in the original packaging, including the label.
How long does it usually take for my return to be credited?
Returns will be processed as quickly as possible upon receipt of the shipment. Since delivery of returns depends on the shipping volume of the respective shipping service provider, we cannot guarantee prompt receipt of returned goods. Once the return is received, a refund is usually processed on the same business day. Therefore, the time from return to credit is approximately 3-10 business days.
Is it possible to exchange my item directly?
Unfortunately, a direct exchange of a returned item is not possible. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will credit you to the payment method you specified. You can then simply reorder the desired item.
Will I get a refund for shipping costs if I return my order?
No. By providing a free return label, you will receive a credit for the shipping costs.
How long do I have to return my item?
You can easily return your item to us within 28 days.
How much does it cost to return items?
We offer you a free return of your items.
Will I be informed whether the return has been received?
A confirmation of receipt is not sent by default. You will, of course, be notified as soon as a credit is issued.
I received a damaged/broken item. What now?
We offer our customers a free repair service. Ideally, you can send us a photo of the damaged item in advance via email to info@senatex.de for an initial assessment. If a repair is possible, we will provide you with a return slip. If the assessment regarding a possible repair is negative, we will credit the item to you.
Can I return multiple deliveries in one package?
Yes, this also makes it easier and, above all, faster for us to process your return. However, if the items you're returning don't fit in one package, we ask that you split them into several shipping packages to protect the clothing.
Can I hand in my return in person?
You can also return items in person at our store in Hanover.
Orders
Can I order by phone or email?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer this service.
Can I also pick up my order?
No, unfortunately, this isn't possible. Pickup from our shipping warehouse, our monostores, or our distribution partners isn't available. In the eve in paradise shop Ordered women's fashion can only be delivered by mail.
Can all ordered items be delivered?
The availability of items in the eve in paradise shop is usually up-to-date. Unfortunately, however, it may happen that items that are only available once and are ordered by multiple customers at the same time are no longer available. In these circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Can sold-out items become available again?
Yes, that's generally possible. It's worth visiting the eve in paradise shop regularly to check the availability of the item you want.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation of the order is possible within 48 hours of placing the order.
Shipping and delivery
Why didn't my package arrive?
As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation. If your package hasn't been delivered within a maximum of five business days (within Germany), please contact our service team. We will then clarify the whereabouts of the package as quickly as possible.
Is delivery outside Germany possible?
We currently ship to addresses in Germany and a limited number of European countries. Further information can be found on the Shipping Information page.
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are €4.95 for orders of up to 5 items and €9.52 for orders of 6 or more items for delivery within Germany. Shipping is free for orders over €200.00.

Can I have my order delivered to a Packstation or post office?
Yes, delivery to a post office is possible if you provide the appropriate delivery address.
My order couldn't be delivered. What now?
In the event of an unsuccessful delivery attempt, a second delivery attempt will usually be made on the following business day. Should this also not be successful,
We will receive the ordered goods back. Since this return process takes a few days, please contact us in advance to find a solution together.
Which parcel delivery companies do you work with?
Within Germany and Austria, we generally work with Deutsche Post/DHL. Occasionally, shipments to Austria are also delivered by GLS. Within other European countries, FedEx is generally responsible for delivery.
An item from my order wasn't delivered. What now?
There can be two reasons for this:
- The item is no longer in stock at our main warehouse. Accordingly, we are splitting the shipment, sending one part from our main warehouse and another from one of our stores. However, this does not mean that the shipping costs will increase.
- If an item is no longer available, we will notify you and credit you with the corresponding amount if you have already paid for your order. If you selected invoice as your payment method, the invoice will, of course, not include the out-of-stock item.

At eve in paradise you can pay for your order via PayPal, credit card or Klarna invoice.
Vouchers and discounts
Are there vouchers for Eve in Paradise?
Yes. We would be happy to issue you a voucher upon request. Please send us your information via email to info@senatex.de . We will get back to you promptly if you have any questions.
How do I redeem discounts?
At the end of the ordering process, when selecting the payment method, you have the option of entering a discount or voucher code.
Complaint
How can I complain?
If you have a complaint about an item, please contact info@senatex.de .
I purchased something from you in retail and would like to make a complaint. What can I do?
You have the option of returning the defective item to the store where you purchased it, along with your receipt. Return policies may vary from store to store.

What materials are used?
We attach great importance to the use of high-quality materials, most of which are of natural origin.
We also pay careful attention to compliance with ecological and social standards, animal welfare, appropriate working and production conditions, freedom from pollutants that are harmful to the environment and health, and material-friendly production processes with minimal waste. For this reason, we primarily use certified materials.

Does Eve in Paradise act with ecological responsibility?
Social and ecological responsibility are at the forefront of our actions and are a matter close to our hearts. We achieve this through a consistent focus on natural fabrics and yarns and the design of long-lasting fashion that brings long-lasting joy through its high quality and fashionable, timeless style. As a slow-fashion brand, we present new collections twice a year.
What does mulesing mean?
Mulesing is a widespread practice in Australia in which the skin folds around the anus and genital area of Merino lambs are cut away. Mulesing is a cruel and painful mutilation of the animals and is strongly opposed by us for animal welfare reasons.
Is the clothing vegan?
Not all of our brand's products are vegan. However, animal welfare is important to us when it comes to our products made from animal fibers. That's why, for example, we use organic wool from controlled organic livestock farming.
Our vegan fashion is PETA-approved and marked with the corresponding seal in our online shop.
Do you visit your suppliers?
Yes. Our employees regularly visit both our suppliers and our production facilities. This ensures that quality, social, and environmental standards are maintained on-site.
What does the GOTS seal stand for?
GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) is a globally applied standard for the production of textiles made from organically grown natural fibers. It defines ecological and social criteria that must be adhered to throughout the entire production process.
What does the PETA-Approved Vegan seal stand for?
To make vegan fashion easier to identify, PETA has created a seal that allows animal-friendly companies in the fashion industry to mark their vegan products with this label and highlight their actions for animal welfare.
