Shipping costs
Consumers will receive all necessary shipping information below.

The prices stated on the item detail pages include VAT and other price components. In addition to the prices stated, the eve in paradise online store charges € 4.90 per order for delivery with the shipping service provider DHL within Germany. Delivery within Germany is free of shipping costs from an order value of € 200.00. The shipping costs are clearly indicated on the product pages, in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, further costs may be incurred in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which are to be borne by you. We ship by DHL as standard to the countries listed. Please refer to the table for the respective shipping costs. If you require shipping to another country, please contact us. We will then inform you of the respective shipping costs at short notice.

Information on delivery times
The delivery time within Germany is 1-3 working days after receipt of payment.

If you order several items from us as part of one order and different delivery times apply to these, we will send the goods in a joint shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time that applies to the item in your order with the longest delivery time applies to the shipment as a whole.

Information on calculating the delivery date
The delivery period for payment in advance begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded and ends at the end of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.
